A beautiful Antique Edwardian pendant depicting a heart layered in a lovely sky blue Enamel with a leaf in the centre and a bow on top set with lustrous Pearls.
The piece is all 15ct Yellow Gold and fitted with a detachable pin at the back so it can also be worn as a brooch. Its complete with its original box from the Goldsmiths and Silversmiths company of London.
