Description
A beautiful Antique Edwardian bracelet made by S. Blanckensee & Son during the early 20th Century. Its made up of fabulous 9ct Gold gate links dotted with Pearls and cabochon Amethysts and Peridots.
Together the colours of each stone pay tribute to the womens Suffragette movement which took place in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which symbolised; Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
Its a wonderful antique find and held securely around the wrist with the addition of a safety chain and heart padlock clasp complete with the makers mark on the back.
