Description
An exquisite antique solitaire ring boasting a large, purple paste that simulates the beauty of a 7ct amethyst. The paste has been foil backed to increase its sparkle and is mounted in a closed backed 18ct mount.
The ring face may have originally been part of a Georgian necklace and has been converted into a ring more recently with the addition of a newer 18ct shank creating this distinct statement ring that we have here today.
