A fabulous Antique late Victorian lavaliere necklace adorned with eleven beautiful Bristol blue Paste Stones the largest of which weighs approx. 5ct.
Paste is a transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones. Blue Pastes have the alluring qualities of Sapphires and take expert craftsmanship to capture their beauty.
Each paste is claw set in a 9ct Yellow Gold frame and are connected in a wonderful Y-shaped design which leads into the 9ct chain. It looks wonderful around the neck and the gorgeous blue colouring is very striking.
