Description
An exquisite antique Victorian hunting brooch from the late 19th Century depicting a riding crop, fox, stirrup, and a length of tangled rope crafted in solid 15ct gold.
Riding jewellery was popular in the Victorian era and was usually worn by women of social standing who partook in activities such as riding or hunting and wore these pieces as a symbol of their love for the sport.
Its in excellent condition and highly collectable.
