A pretty Edwardian style heart pendant pave set with a dazzling array of glistening brilliant cut diamonds which total approx. 3ct. Its modelled entirely in 18ct white gold and has a fabulous, open-work gallery at the back.
It would make a wonderful gift for a loved one and is accompanied by a lovely 18ct gold wheat chain to display it on.
