Description
An elegant vintage 18ct gold bangle with a lovely, twisted design at the front with ornate detailing and scrolling motifs along its flowing curves. A blue sapphire is claw-set in the centre of the piece and weighs approx. 0.50ct with two sparkling old mine-cut Diamonds on either side, weighing approx. 0.20ct each.
Sapphire is the birthstone of September. The blue variety is considered a stone of truth, wisdom and protection and has long been a favourite of kings and royalty, adored for its royal blue colouring which was considered a reflection of the sky and the heavens, making it divine.
Its a wonderful design with stunning all-round workmanship. It will look fabulous around the wrist and is held securely by a box clasp and safety chain at the side.
