A spectacular Vintage Stag Beetle brooch with wonderful articulated legs, wings and mandibles decorated with rich blue Sapphires and glistening Rose cut Diamonds.
The three largest Sapphires are claw set along the head and weigh approx. 0.60ct 0.40ct (approx. 3ct in total). The Diamonds have been expertly pave set along the body and wings and total to approx. 3ct.
The piece is fashioned in 18ct Yellow Gold and Silver with fine milgrain detailing across the front and a secure pin and safety lock clasp at the back along with a loop so it can also be worn as a pendant.
The piece is pre-owned but has been kept in excellent condition. Its truly remarkable and boasts a gorgeous selection of gemstones.
